UH corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant plastic centrifugal pump is a project introduced by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry and a major national scientific and technological achievement in the "Seventh Five-Year Plan". It is carefully designed on the basis of digesting and absorbing imported equipment and technology and combining the advantages of domestic corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump structure. This series of pumps were included in the national "Torch Plan" project in 1993 and won the 1995 National New Product Award.

This series of pump flow parts are made of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which has excellent corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance (the first of all kinds of plastics) and strong impact resistance. The seal of the pump adopts various sealing forms such as mechanical seal, dynamic seal and packing seal, which can not only transport acid-base clear liquid, but also transport slurry containing solid particles and sewage containing various impurities, especially in transporting fine particles Corrosive liquid and hydrofluoric acid, fluosilicic acid, phosphoric acid, mixed acid, electrolyte, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, concentrated alkali, etc. show excellent performance.

The applicable temperature of this spring is-50C-100C. After replacing the impeller and pump body of other engineering plastics (polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF, polyperfluoroethylene propylene F46, random copolymer polypropylene PPR), the applicable temperature can reach 120 "C.

FUH series pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, bracket centrifugal pumps.
